Interview With John Morgan CEO of Niches Corporation.
What is your background?
“I’ve been in the retail and technology industry for the last 22 years. A serial entrepreneur who is obsessed with technology and sales. I’ve used my experience, education and expertise to launch or assist start up’s in several sectors including Cannabis, hemp, Clothing, electrical systems, software, heavy machinery and now combining a few of those into this project that is creating a safe and authenticated capsule collection of Clothing and NFT to protect celebrity influencers from those with bad intentions who would counterfeit their brand to use their likeness to gain profit.”
Why are you excited about the space you are in? (metaverse, clothing)
“Man, it’s a great and exciting way to LEARN new skills and try new things. Thus is a new area to many and the METAVERSE and Augmented Reality I believe Will be bigger than Virtual Reality. The goal is to have a quality luxury line of clothing that can be validated as authentic so that celebrity influencers can be assured that their brand is protected from those with ill intentions and so that the consumers can feel confident knowing that our technology is protecting them from being taken advantage of as well….. and of course this will attract more people to want to do business with us and will increase our revenues and our bottom line.”
What do you hope to accomplish this year as CEO and for the company?
“I want to build a quality brand that celebrities and consumers trust and want to do business with. I want to Empower those who aren’t sure how to launch a brand and give them the confidence to know that Nitches can help them launch and manage their branded merchandise.”
What are you most excited about with Niches?
“Selfishly? I’m pretty excited about meeting and talking to the celebrities that I’ve been introduced to. Sometimes I’m a little “star struck” when I get calls from some of the celebrities that I’ve been introduced to such as Nick Cooper and those he has introduced me to. We’re in active negotiations with Several other celebrity influencers who’s managers have their teams looking over the contracts. We’re excited to see how this goes in the next few weeks and months.”
Can you Describe a moment at which point you knew your venture might become a success?
“Well, nothing in life is guaranteed but. As soon as I met Nick and had a long conversation with him, learned who he was and what he wanted to accomplish by launching his personal brand (and then speaking to a few people who he was bringing to the table) I got really excited and I just knew that surely there was no way we could lose!”
What do you like doing in your spare time, hobbies etc?
“Powerlifting, formerly body building but age and injury has slowed that down to being more fitness focused. Spending time with the family, reading and learning, boating and fishing….. and every now and then having a cold beer.(can I say that in an interview?)”
When Will the Shell symbol be removed from OTCM?
“Well, that’s an interesting question. We have recently completed our 2 year audit. We have intentions of filing a form 10 and going fully reporting in the future, which would remove the shell status though, I’m not 100% certain of the exact timeframe on that. We’ve been in conversation with the company attorney about it and we will make a decision about that soon and we will be sure to update the market when that happens.”
When do you plan to have the App ready?
“Realistically, I’m going to say March.”
When do you plan to have the clothing line fully launched?
“Which one? Haha”
“John Lewis’ personal brand “peace on Marz” will be in transit to us from the factory in the next few days. We will then be able to start selling shortly after that and when the app is completed. Nick Cooper’s “Future Mega” line shortly after that.”
Will you guys try and work with Bored Ape Yacht Club in the future?
“We are always open to working with any influencers or businesses large or small. So, sure, I’m open to working on a project with them if they are interested. I have a lot of respect for their project. It’s a great project and they’ve really got a great buzz. If you happen to know someone over there that is involved with the project in any decision making capacity then I would love to talk to them and see if there is any commonalities or synergies that we have and who knows, maybe we can work on a line of clothing with them? That would be really fun!”
People want to know if you are the same person that took over LPHM?
